实木酒桶的存储怎么保存才好?

1、个重要的因素便是温度。红酒较佳的保存温度应该是13℃左右。温度较好保持恒定,否则会对酒的质量产生非常大损害。随着温度的升高,酒体的成熟所需时间也会减少,酒的风味会越来越比较不光滑,还可能因过分空气氧化造成酒的变质。

5、还有便是酒桶的放置。大家都知道红酒要横放,其实,瓶口向上倾斜15度也是可以的。对于需要储存长时间的红酒,桶口向下的放置方法是不可取的。因为红酒存放时间长了会有沉定,平放或者瓶口向上略微倾斜,沉定就会集聚在底部;而如果瓶口斜放,沉定就会集聚在瓶口处,时间长了会粘在那里,倒酒的时候,会连沉定一起倒入酒杯,影响酒的口感。
